About our founder

Hi, I’m Dan, a purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience across health, care, charity, and housing sectors. My purpose is simple: I’m here to help people, teams, and organisations create the right conditions to reach their highest potential. As a Clore Leadership Fellow and consultant, I specialise in leadership, innovation, and business development.

Throughout my career, I’ve led multi-partner projects, secured funding for impactful initiatives, and tackled complex challenges. My background spans executive and system change leadership, business development, and facilitating large-scale programs. I believe in the power of people to learn, grow, and innovate—values that shape everything I do, whether it’s guiding leaders through transformation or supporting teams in adopting new approaches.
