Dan is a Clore Leadership Fellow with over 20 years of experience across health, care, and social impact sectors. A purpose-driven leader, he excels in executive leadership, business development, and system change, helping teams and organisations create the conditions for high performance. His core values—honesty, equal voice, and trust—guide his approach to fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Dan’s passion lies in building capability, nurturing leadership, and creating environments where people and systems can thrive.
Antony is an experienced consultant who provides research and business development services to clients across the public, charitable and higher education sectors. As Director of Ridgeway Associates, Antony has significant experience and expertise in delivering large scale programmes of research and engagement and increasingly uses his skills to support clients in the fields of business development and fundraising. Central to Antony’s approach to work with clients is building and maintaining collaborative relationships within which he can apply his specific skills backed up by robust analytical thinking, strong communications and the ability to problem solve.
Tina has over 20 years of experience in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency healthcare, holding senior positions within the NHS in both commissioning and operational management. Her expertise lies in service transformation, development, and supporting organisations to run more effectively. As Managing Director of Venn Health, she leads service development and transformation across the UK. Tina is a lecturer in healthcare leadership at the University of Exeter’s School of Medicine. A dedicated coach and entrepreneur, she draws on her diverse experiences to guide clients toward personal and professional growth.
Cathy is a seasoned research and evaluation expert with over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable and hard-to-reach communities, including people in later life and with long-term conditions. With a background in sociology, she excels in qualitative research, utilising her expertise in thematic analyses, survey design, and complex systems approaches, Cathy has led a large number of high-profile evaluations for the NHS, VCSE and Higher Education organisations with significant contributions to informed decision-making, resource allocation, and the development of effective programmes.
